Kevin Quinley, CPCU, ARM, AIC, AIM, ARe is the author of over 300 published articles on topics relating to insurance, risk management, litigation manage and claims. He is the author of Time Management for Claim Professionals, The Quality Plan, Winning Strategies for Claim Negotiating, Claims Management, Litigation Management and Winning the Product Liability Game. He is Senior Vice President, Risk Services for MEDMARC Insurance Group. He earned his B.A. at Wake Forest University and his M.A. at the College of William & Mary. His columns appear in many insurance and risk management publications. He is a frequent speaker before insurance, risk management and legal groups.
